Beginning of 2021 (January-March)

The boys are all into Spiderman and Batman these days.  Grant is practicing flying so he can be just like Batman!

We had the O'Hollearn's over for dinner one night and everyone had fun playing!

We had our first official doctors appointment!  Everything looks good and my due date is July 25th, 2021.  It has been a rough first trimester but I am slowly starting to feel better.  It was so fun to see our baby and I was amazed at how far along baby seems.  Baby is not just a blob but actually looks like a baby!

I am loving these snuggles.  I swear the boys sense I am pregnant and they have been all cuddly with me.  I love it!  My lap isn't big enough for a third!

Grandpa went fishing with his brothers down by us, so he stopped by to say Hi to his grandsons!  The boys absolutely love their Grandpa.  They ran right over to him and sat on his lap the whole time.

Grant is learning how to burn on command. He thinks it is hilarious.  Oh my, he is such a boy!

The boys are all about performing Sing these days. We have a performance about every evening lately.  Grant is more into it than Blake but Blake does it because he does whatever his brother does.

The boys love playing on their dump truck.  Lately, they have been going on missions to put out fires!  Blake is still getting used to driving but at least they can't hurt anything in our basement.

We got some Thomas tracks and love making all sorts of different tracks and racing the trains!

The boys are cuddling on my lap again.  I need a bigger lap for this third baby!

For some reason, every time Greg lays on the floor like this the boys think it is an open invitation to jump on his back.  They don't understand that hurts Greg!  Blake also loves wrestling with his Dad.

I am already showing quite a bit with the third!  I am feeling slightly better but I usually don't feel great until closer to 15 weeks.  This has been the worst nausea out of all my pregnancies.  Maybe that means it is a girl!

With me not feeling well and being so tired, the mess has gotten out of hand. I don't have the toys organized well so they get all over the place!  Looks like I have some work ahead of me.

I love listening to Blake talk.  He does so well!  He doesn't get much chance to talk with Grant is around so it is fun to have him alone and just let him talk.

We went sledding by our house!  It was a fun hill but very icy and cold.  It will be better to go closer to a fresh snow but the kids had fun!

Jonny is Grant's favorite.  He also loves to dance to this movie.  This has been the best (and one of the only) movies we have found that has maintained our boys interest the whole movie and beyond.

FEBRUARY

Blake got sick again and so we got out the nebulizer!  It is not even close to as bad as before but still needs the nebulizer a few times a day until he gets better.  He is so much better at using the nebulizer now!  He doesn't fight us and holds it on his own.  He has grown so much in a year!

Blake is finally pedaling!  He is so good at it and will be riding his bike outside all summer hopefully!

The boys can be sweet to each other every once in a while! 

The boys love to go on missions in the dump truck.  They usually go to put out fires.  Grant is very focused but Blake gets distracted easily!

Blake decided he wanted to just sit in the tub and play with the trucks, I guess!

We met Tyler's family at a park to play and then they came over for dinner that night.  The boys had so much fun dressing up and playing together!

The boys thought it would be fun to take out the diapers and start dancing on them! 

They are playing with our cars and trucks and, of course, have to crash them into each other.

The boys love to wrestle with Dad.  And I think he loves it just as much.

We went up to Webster City for Grandpa's birthday!  It was fun celebrating him and the boys were exhausted on the way home. 

We went out to eat with the boys for my birthday!

The boys are playing King of the Towels and trying to get on top!  I have no idea where they come up with these silly games!

We got some more snow!  Greg was out snow blowing so Grant want to go out and help Dad.  It was so cute to watch him follow Greg with the shovel.

While Grant and Dad were outside shoveling and snow blowing in the cold, Blake and I were smart and cuddled inside in the warmth!

The boys go from wrestling to watching a movie in seconds.  Their attention span to movies isn't very good.

Grant has always been the best person to make Blake laugh and it is still that way!  Blake still has the best laugh in our family too.

They love playing with the balloons I got for my birthday!

Blake is just so adorable in bed!  We look at the monitor and find him in such cute positions!  He is so good with bedtime and staying in him bed until we get him.  He is so much different than Grant was at that age!

I was tired one morning so Blake and I laid in bed together!  I love listening to him talk.

I finally got Blake to say "no I not" on video.  I am not sure where he picked it up from, but cute to hear him say it!

Another rare moment of the boys playing alone and playing nicely!  This doesn't happen very often.

MARCH

We got outside on some warm days.  Blake did not like the dump truck at first but warmed up to it and actually likes it now!

I feel huge this time around!  I am sure it is because this is my third pregnancy but I wonder how big I will get!

Greg sold his company!  We are very excited for him!  He is going to to work for the company that bought him and we are hoping its less stressful for him!

We went out with my high school friends one night and it was a blast catching up!

Grant wanted to wear sunglasses but it hurt his ears so he put mittens over the glasses and wore them.  Silly boy!

We had our 20 week ultrasound and found out we are having a girl!!!  We are excited but nervous.  We don't know how to raise a girl.  My placenta is partially over my cervix so we have to have another scan in a few weeks to make sure it moves far enough away so I can have a vaginal birth.  They don't seem concerned and think it will move with no problems.

I got some good cuddles from Blake after work one day.  I love these snuggles.

Greg gifted himself a new truck for selling his company!  He was still driving my old car so he definitely needed a new car.  He loves it!

Grant is in a sunglasses phase.  He looks so cute in them!

Blake reads this book and school and it is his favorite right now.  He knows all the words and the actions that go with those words.

We had a rainy morning so the boys wore their rain boots and loved jumping in puddles!

Blake was singing "rain rain go away" on the ride home and it was the cutest song!

Blake really loves practicing cutting.  He is very focused with it but still needs quite a bit of work so its good he loves to do it!

Blake was giving Grant chips to eat and they thought it was hilarious.  By the time I started recording most of the cute giggles were over.

That toy Grant is playing with has been our all time favorite toy.  Every kid has loved it and will hold their attention for longer than any other toy.  I caught a quite moment with the boys playing.

 Blake has been learning how to ride the scooter just like his brother.  Grant was having a meltdown in this video because he decided he wanted to use the blue scooter instead of his red one.

Grant was having a meltdown because it was March Madness and Greg was watching too much basketball!

Blake is so cute when he says, "I so excited!"  When Greg picked him up from school one day he ran up to Greg and said "I so excited!!"  and Greg said it was the cutest thing ever!

Blake is so good and playing by himself.  He loves that race track and will play with it for a long time.

We took the stomp rockets to Nana and Papa's house on Sunday to give the boys something to do outside in the nice weather.

Grant finally got a big boy bed!  We are hoping this helps him stay in his room after we put him to bed.  He was so excited to be a big boy!

They seem to get along more when they are eating!  Another cute moment of them giggling at each other during lunch.
